From Lawn to Living - A Native Verge Walking Tour

Since 2019, Valley Verges has imagined and redesigned 5000sqm of verge plots in White Gum Valley to benefit biodiversity, people, and planet. That's almost 15,000 plants in the ground and over 350 every day people joining their community-led movement.

On this walking tour, co-founders Dave Broun & Tim Frodsham, along with other members of the volunteer committee, will take attendees on a immersive 2-hour walking tour through the valley through a show and tell experience at some of Valley Verges' flagship demonstration projects.

From plant selection to verge layout and hands on community-action--you'll see how design shapes every component of turning your neighbourhood patch of lawn into a revegetated native ecosystem full of life.
