Vermont Vaudeville: The New Normal
Event description
Vermont Vaudeville's latest live production is the perfect antidote to a winter of online entertainment. The New Normal features brand new comedy, stunts, and music from Vermont Vaudeville’s core cast of critically acclaimed Vermont entertainers, and never before seen guest acts from afar, including award winning comedian, actress and street performer Sharon from Canada, and The Farmer’s Daughter, a rope trick sensation from Toronto. The show is rounded out with a live house band, and a brand new state of the art robotic roustabout.
The show is outdoors, with zero-contact ticketing and check-in. Each family group or “pod” will have their own space on the Highland Arts Center’s lawn, and this is a bring your own chair or beach blanket event. Audience members will be expected to follow up to date covid guidelines, regarding masking and social distancing. The show is approximately 90 minutes long and there is no intermission.
Dinner and lunch will be available from the Hardwick Street Café (ordering in advance is recommended), and the HCA Bar will serve hard and soft drinks. Red Sky Trading Company donuts and baked goods will also be available.
