W.I.L.D Life Self Defence Workshop
Description
UNSA’s W.I.L.D (Welcoming Inclusive Learning & Development) program invites female students to a relaxed Girls’ Afternoon with catering provided. This event offers a welcoming space to connect with others, enjoy good food, and take part in a supportive learning experience.
As part of the afternoon, students will participate in a Girl Aware workshop designed to build practical personal safety skills. The workshop focuses on situational awareness, confident communication, boundary setting, resilience, and decision‑making in everyday situations.
The session is trauma‑informed, engaging, and tailored to support the wellbeing of young women.
This Girls’ Afternoon brings together connection, learning, and community a chance to unwind, meet new people, and build confidence in a positive and safe future.
