Creative Art Therapist uses the transition from Autumn into Winter as a metaphor to explore themes around winding down, going within, being thankful for the Summer and Autumn bounties, and coming to a threshold, while engaging in mixed media and collage materials. Think of doorways, tunnels, caves, crossroads, labyrinths, the storeroom, and more!

Attendees will need to bring their own visual diary or old hardcover book for up cycling - A3, A4 or A5. All other materials are provided.

Facilitator: Lauren is a Creative Arts Therapist and a keen papercraft and mixed media artist. In her Community Arts workshops, Lauren invites folks to explore freedom of expression, playfulness and curiosity while engaging with the creative process and experimenting with art materials.
