By applying specific frequencies particularly focused on the body’s energy centers (chakras), participants may experience benefits like:

HOW TO PREPARE

Arrive 15 minutes early to get nestled in.
Wear comfortable clothing. Only your feet will get wet as you are loaded onto the pool beds.
Silence mobile devices.
Bring a light blanket (due to instruments' frequency range of 68Hz to 4,225Hz participants may experience body temperature fluctuations).
Bring a pool towel or two (towels can be rolled and used as a bolster or pillow).
Silk sleep masks will be provided.
Bring water to stay hydrated before and after the session. Light refreshments will be available.
