    Event description

    About the event:

Presented by the WA Brewers Association with our partners Bintani and Cryer Malt, the WA Beer & Brewing Conference returns to Perth.

With a line-up of engaging speakers and industry leaders, the conference will cover technical brewing workshops, sales and market insights, panel discussions about scaling up, starting out and plenty more.

The day will also include a trade expo, giving attendees the opportunity to build strong relationships with local, national and international suppliers to the brewing industry.

    Keynote Speaker:

Co-founder, and brand director behind Four Pillars Gin, Matt Jones will be joining us to share his insights on business, leadership, innovation and culture.

A self described creative strategist, accidental entrepreneur and a serial failure, Matt has an eclectic background, combining economics, politics, brand experience and (since 2013) gin.

In 2013, Matt, Stu and Cam co-founded Four Pillars Gin, a craft gin business based in Healesville in the Yarra Valley (named the world's leading gin producer two years in a row). While Cam makes great gin and Stu makes lots of noise, Matt’s role at Four Pillars has been to make sense of it all.

When he’s not hanging out at Four Pillars Distillery, Matt is one of Australia’s most in-demand speakers and thinkers on business, brand, strategy and creativity.

Matt's storytelling is insightful, engaging, energising and highly relatable to the beer and brewing industry and we're thrilled to welcome him to WA's own Beer & Brewing Conference.
