We're excited to announce our keynote speaker Paul Bowker, Managing Director of Brick Lane Brewing Community. As one of the country’s largest independent breweries – Brick Lane has learned a lot in its few short years. Paul will share his experience from gaining private equity, growing their workforce and finding their place in the Australian market.

Held at the Claremont Showgrounds, the conference will be jam-packed with technical brewing workshops, sales and market insights, panel discussions about capital investment, brewery start ups and growth; and plenty more.

The day will also include a trade expo, giving attendees the opportunity to build strong relationships with local, national and international suppliers to the brewing industry.
