Description

June is Lipoedema Awareness Month and we're marking it with a special FREE community afternoon gathering just for you.

Come together with other women in the WA Lipoedema community to learn, connect and be nourished, because none of us should be navigating this alone.

What's on the schedule this year:

Building a Team Around You - learn more about the condition, and how to create the right support team to help you manage lipoedema

What's new with lipoedema - gut health, thyroid health & supporting your muscles, plus what to eat if you're on a GLP-1 medication

What to Tell Your Daughters - the honest, empowering conversations we owe the next generation

Q & A Session - bring your questions, our speakers are here to help

We'll also be enjoying tea, coffee and a delicious low-carb afternoon tea together, before finishing with a deeply soothing seated sound bath experience hosted by our own community member, Tracey Wheatley.

RSVPs are essential for catering purposes.
We'd love to make sure there's a seat — and a treat — waiting just for you.

Curious about what a sound bath experience is?

Ever just wanted to sit back and let someone else do all the work? That's kind of what a sound bath is!

In this relaxing seated experience, WA Lipoedema Community member, Tracey, will use singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to fill the room with beautiful, soothing sound, and all you have to do is close your eyes and let it wash over you.

Most people feel deeply relaxed, calm, and a little floaty afterwards. The perfect way to end our afternoon together.

Please bring along an eye mask if you have one, and a cushion or pillow to 'hug' during the experience.
