National Disability Services (NDS) is seeking expressions of interest from people with disability to attend this year's Disability Support Awards Gala Dinner.

NOTE: Registrations for this are currently on hold as the event has almost reached it' capacity. Please join the waitlist and we will be in touch to let you know when ticket's become available.

In addition, if you live in rural and remote Western Australia, there is a small regional travel subsidy available.

Before you start this expression of interest, you will need to know the name and personal details of the guest attending, if you are completing this on their behalf. This will include their contact details, dietary and access needs and if they will be supported by a companion, the contact and dietary details of the companion.

Tickets are subject to funding and limited, however priority will be given to people with disability who have made a nomination.

Please note, this is an expression of interest and you will be notified of the outcome by Monday, 9 August 2021.
