Chief Justice Catherine Holmes looks forward to welcoming you to this year's WA Lee Equity Lecture presented by the Honourable Justice Sarah Derrington on the work of the Australian Law Reform Commission and having equitable principles embedded in legislation.
The WA Lee Equity Lecture is held each year in honour of foremost equity and trusts academic and author, Honorary Professor WA 'Tony' Lee. This prestigious series of lectures has been at the forefront of equity law for the past 22 years and continues a tradition of posing difficult questions to ensure that Queensland's finest legal minds continue to be relevant and appropriate in our ever changing world.
