Waack Your Way is back for 2024 and we would like to welcome you to Hollywood: the land of dreams!

Join us for a glamorous time as we dance to your favourite tracks and some iconic film soundtracks as we celebrate a Night In Hollywood 📽️

2v2 Waacking (A Night In Hollywood edition)

🗓️ DATE: May 12, 2024 (Sunday)

⏰ TIME: 12:30PM Rego, Battle: 1:00pm-4:30pm

📍 LOCATION: 2Swagg Studio (Sydney CBD) [Gadigal/Eora]

FEES:

💃 Competitors: $40 per team (pre registered) [+ booking fee] or $25 per person (rego on the day)

👓 Audience: $15 (pre registered) [+ booking fee] or $20 (on the day)

Theme: A Night In Hollywood

BATTLE FORMAT:

*Showcase Prelims*: Each team will be able to choose their own song for a FREESTYLE showcase in front of the judges (2 mins per team)

Partner interaction and short use of routines is allowed, HOWEVER do not perform a fully choreographed 2 minute showcase.

*Top 8 and after*: After prelims, the top 8 teams will battle it out in an elimination-style 2v2 Waacking battle

REGISTRATION & SONG SUBMISSION:

Teams MUST pre-register and will be sent a form to put your song and photo background in. (Capped at 25 Teams)

Form, song and background photo MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FRIDAY 10TH OF MAY, 11:50PM or else the DJ will play any film soundtrack song.
