As a rare opportunity to level up your Waacking before Waack Your Way Vol. 6, we present a special Waacking Workshop with one of our judges: Renee (Perth)!

Pre-registered - $30 + booking fee
On the day - $40 + booking fee
Renèe will be teaching a Waacking choreography which features elements and techniques of other style/s. You can be sure this will be a full body experience so get read to work 😂
(this workshop will be more suitable for intermediate / advanced dancers however beginners are still welcome to attend and push themselves)
💃 About Renee 💃
Renee Russo is a passionate and diverse dancer, teacher and choreographer from Perth, Western Australia. She is recognised as a leader within the Perth scene, as well as a leader amongst the Australian street dance community. She specialises in performance work and battle events, with Waacking being her main discipline (but not limited to).
Established through street dance, Renee combines multiple dance disciplines within her practice to accurately convey concepts and messages. She has trained extensively from a young age through full time dance studies, and continued to practice multiple dance disciplines in her adult life with renowned choreographers and teachers.
Renee’s approach to dance is innovative, blending technical mastery with a captivating ability to evoke powerful emotions in her audience.
Some of her latest notable achievements include choreographer / solo performer - Blue Room Theatre’s 600 seconds theatre program 2024, speciality / solo performer - The Underground Show 2024, Curated Perth - Choreographer 2023, runner up Vibe Out 7-to-Smoke 2023, Winner Vibe Out 7-to-Smoke 2022 & Top 8 finalist - Redbull Dance Your Style National Final 2022.
