WAAEH Pulse Session: April's strategy sector improvement cycle
Event description
The Western Australian Alliance to End Homelessness (WAAEH) is an independent coalition of individuals and organisations united by a shared commitment to end homelessness in Western Australia.
Pulse Sessions are a key part of how we drive progress – bringing together community members,
sector stakeholders and experts to learn, collaborate and develop solutions that address the complex challenges in
our homelessness system.
Our Strategy to end homelessness outlines five critical focus areas:
- Housing
- Prevention
- A collaborative approach
- Data and research
- Community capacity building
Each Pulse Session is designed to tackle these challenges by fostering collective problem-solving and practical
action. Through facilitated discussions and co-design, we explore opportunities to strengthen our systems, improve
coordination and implement solutions that align with our values, principles and mindsets as outlined in our
Charter.
As the backbone organisation, WAAEH plays a vital role in ensuring that efforts across the sector remain aligned,
strategic and impactful.
Who should attend?
Pulse Sessions are open to anyone committed to driving meaningful change—whether you work in the sector, bring lived experience, or want to contribute to solutions. These in-person workshops create space for learning, networking, and collaborative action. Regional participants can join via Zoom, with a link provided before the session.
Join us and be part of shaping a future where homelessness is rare, brief and once-off.
