Bowling (Tenpin) e-League

Dates: Sunday 12 February - Saturday 8 April (8 weeks)

Cost: $30 (*excludes lane hire/linage)

e-League details:

Special Olympics WA's bowling e-League is for children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism who want to compete against other Special Olympics athletes across Western Australia, and qualify for Special Olympics' local, state and national competitions.

The e-League includes:

- An online competition, with awards and prizes

- Eligibility into Special Olympics' competition pathway, including local, state and national competitions only (*Not TBA competition pathway)

How does the e-League work?

- Athletes can compete virtually against each other each week as part of the e-League (through TBA's Tenpin Results)

- Athletes must bowl at a TBA registered centre (a list can be found here)

- Athletes can complete their games for the league at any time or date during each week. An athlete's best score for each week will be submitted as the athlete's result for that week.

- Athletes have the option of submitting scores from an existing physical league they play in provided it’s a registered TBA centre OR athletes need to pay their own lane hire/linage for each week to complete their game/s at a nearby TBA registered centre.

Who can get involved?

- Athletes who are registered as both Special Olympics and TBA members

- Athletes who have experience and knowledge in the sport

- Athletes who want to become eligible to compete in upcoming Special Olympics local, state and national competitions

- Athletes who cannot attend the physical leagues or who live regional, who would like to compete against other WA Special Olympics athletes

How to register:

To join the league, athletes must register online via this page by Friday 10 February.
