Held in a small-group format, this support circle is intentional, inclusive, and deeply authentic!

Term 3 Themes (subject to change)

Week 1: Welcome & Intentions
A gentle arrival into the space. We explore what brings us here, set our intentions, and co-create the group container together.

Week 2: Boundaries & Belonging
Exploring the delicate balance between holding your space and being in connection with others. What does belonging mean for you?

Week 3: Identity & Life Transitions
Who am I in this season of life? What’s shifting within me and around me? Naming your becoming and honouring your growth.

Week 4: Inner Child & Younger Self
Connecting with the younger parts of ourselves that still hold needs, memories, and magic. Tending to the past with compassion.

Week 5: Body Connection & Embodiment
Coming home to your body with curiosity and care. We explore mindfulness, gentle movement, and self-acceptance.

Week 6: Self-Talk & the Inner Critic
How do you speak to yourself? Bringing awareness to internal narratives and softening the inner critic with compassion.

Week 7: Shadow & Self-Awareness
Exploring the unseen and unspoken parts of ourselves. What do we hide, suppress, or avoid - and why? A gentle invitation to wholeness.

Week 8: Creativity & Expression
Opening space for authentic expression. Using creative tools (art, words, sound, movement) to give voice to what lives within.

Week 9: Relationships & Relational Patterns
Looking at how we show up with others - trust, closeness, conflict, and communication. Honouring both self and connection.

Week 10: Integration & Reflection
A pause to gather what’s been revealed, honour what’s shifted, and consider what’s next. Closing ritual and collective reflection.
