An Afternoon with the Sydney Welsh Choir

A feast of Welsh and traditional music by the Sydney Welsh Choir at St John's Uniting Church, Wahroonga. This is a joint fundraising initiative of the Rotary Club of Wahroonga, St John's Uniting Church Wahroonga and the Sydney Welsh Choir. Tickets $30 for adults and $15 for children under 12, and includes a sumptuous afternoon tea.

Proceeds from the event are being directed to the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women's Shelter.

The Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shelter opened its doors in February 2015 offering safe emergency accommodation and support services to women facing domestic violence and homelessness. Women can live at the shelter for a period of three months supported by an expert team of professionals providing tailored case management to support them in reclaiming their lives and creating a happy and safe future. This includes access to health, legal, education and employment services.
