Great customer service shouldn’t depend on who’s working that day.
Most businesses want to deliver outstanding customer service. But how do you make sure it happens consistently, when you’re busy, when staff change, or when things don’t go to plan?
Managing Service Excellence in Your Business is a brand-new workshop for business owners, managers and supervisors who want to move beyond simply encouraging great service and start managing it deliberately. Participants won’t just leave with ideas. They’ll build a practical service improvement plan they can start using in their own business straight away.
Because excellent service isn’t an accident. It’s something you create, lead and maintain.
What you’ll learn
The workshop takes you through three practical stages:
DEFINE: Understand what customers really value and set clear service expectations
DELIVER: Turn those expectations into everyday behaviours and standards your team can confidently deliver
SUSTAIN: Keep great service happening through coaching, recognition, measurement and continuous improvement
Plus a service improvement plan tailored to your own business
Who should attend
Business owners, managers, supervisors and team leaders in any sector who want their team to deliver great service every day, not just on the good days.
