Event description

Dear Sisters,

You are warmly invited to gather in a sacred circle
for a celebration of Imbolc
The gentle turning of the wheel toward spring,
The time of new beginnings, inner stirrings, and quiet hope.

🕯️✨ Imbolc Women’s Circle ✨🕯️
A space to rest, reconnect, and reawaken the light within.

Together, we’ll honour the spirit of Brigid — goddess of hearth, healing, and inspiration — through ritual, reflection, sharing, and intention-setting.

We’ll sit in candlelight, listen deeply, and support one another as we each tend our own inner flame.

🌱 What to bring: A candle in a jar, your journal, something for the altar (e.g., a sprig of greenery, a written intention, or a small item that represents renewal), and something warm to wrap around your shoulders.

This is a space of softness, of depth, of soul.
A place to honour your wisdom, your voice, and your becoming.

Spaces are limited, so we can keep the circle intimate.

The price to come to Silver Tent Sabbat circles is $30 for red tent members and $35 for non-members. Included with your ticket purchase is a welcome cup of Cacao. If the cost is prohibitive, please get in touch.

What do I bring?

Ø Please bring a snack to share.
Ø A journal to capture aha moments
Ø Your water bottle..
Ø It may be chilly, so please dress warmly.
Ø Bring an open heart and a longing for connection.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, we will have a list of attendees and will have already made space for you in our hearts.

What type of women come to Silver Tent?

Women from all age groups, all backgrounds, beliefs, and countries. Women who are ready for a shift, women who are tired of the status quo, Women who want a deeper connection to themselves and others.

What time do I arrive?

Please arrive at 1:45 pm to be settled, with your cuppa by 2 pm. We will close the circle at 5 pm, but you are invited to stay and chat until 5:15 pm.

Venue: The Sanctuary, 638 Oxford Road, Fernside, North Canterbury

Welcome to the Waimakariri Silver Tent

I believe that women need to sit in a circle—
not because we are broken or in need of healing,
But because we are whole, and we are tired.
We come to the circle for replenishment.
To go deep.
To nourish the soul, the heart, and the spirit.

When women gather, magic happens.
We know this from our own experiences.
And as these circles grow, something more begins to stir:
They become a beacon—radiating inspiration, sparking transformation,
offering practical tools and soulful practices to meet life’s challenges with grace.

The Waimakariri Silver Tent welcomes all who identify as women
Maiden, Mother, Queen-ager, or Crone.

Together, we sit in a circle.
We share our journeys, build connections, and honour the turning of the seasons here in Aotearoa.

As part of the Red Tent Aotearoa community,
the Silver Tent holds sacred space for women transitioning through menopause, embracing their Crone years, and stepping into their roles as wisdom-keepers and elders.

While Red Tent gatherings traditionally align with the New Moon,
Silver Tent circles gather at the eight sacred festivals of the Wheel of the Year— inviting reflection, connection, and celebration at these potent turning points.

Each Silver Tent is a reflection of the women who co-create it—
unique, authentic, and alive.
And yet, we all come seeking the same things:
a sense of belonging, the space to be heard and seen,
The slowing down and softening that replenishes our inner well,
and the simple joy of sharing time and space in sisterhood.

This Silver Tent gathering is held in honour of Imbolc
a time of quiet promise, sacred beginnings, and the first stirrings of spring.

Come as you are.
You are welcome here.

We are looking forward to seeing you at the circle.
