Wairua means spirt in my native tongue as Maori, and is very fitting as i have leaned heavily into the guidance of my Tupuna/Ancestors to help birth WAIRUA AWAKENING BREATHWORK.

WAIRUA AWAKENING BREATHWORK is a mix of three styles of breathwork, and is intuitively weaved throughout the healing, catering to the groups needs.

With use of Channeled Energy,
Sound healing using Taonga Puoro/traditional Maori instruments & other Indigenous sound creations, this beautiful mix of modalities, enables the group to connect to their higher self, and together are able to call in anything an all that is needed in the session.
