Embark on a sereneΒ Reiki Mindfulness Waterfall Walk, where the calming power of nature meets the transformative energy of Reiki. This guided experience is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit while fostering a deep connection with the natural world.

As you stroll along a tranquil path, surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of cascading water, your guide will lead you through gentle mindfulness exercises. These practices encourage you to center your thoughts, focus on your breath, and fully immerse yourself in the present moment.

At select stops along the trail, Reiki techniques will be shared to enhance your relaxation and balance your energy. You may feel a sense of warmth, peace, or lightness as your guide channels healing energy, helping to release tension and promote harmony.

The walk culminates at a stunning waterfall, where you will have time to reflect, meditate, or simply sit in awe of nature's beauty. The sound of the rushing water acts as a natural cleansing agent, washing away stress and leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

This experience is perfect for anyone seeking a mindful escape from daily life, an introduction to Reiki, or simply an opportunity to connect with the healing power of nature.

What to expect:

Welcome ~Β Your guide will greet you and provide an overview of the walk, including what to expect and how to prepare for the experience.

Grounding and Intentions ~begin with a brief grounding exercise to centre yourself and set personal intentions for the journey.

A Scenic Walk ~Β walk along a peaceful trail surrounded by lush greenery, the gentle sounds of nature creating a serene backdrop. The pace will be relaxed, suitable for most fitness levels.

Guided mindfulness practices ~ engage in simple mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing, sensory awareness, and present-moment focus to deepen your connection with nature.

Mini Reiki Session ~ experience moments of stillness where your guide may offer Reiki energy healing, promoting relaxation, balance, and well-being.

Refection ~Β pause at scenic spots along the trail for quiet contemplation, journaling, or meditation, allowing you to soak in the healing energy of the environment.

Waterfall ~ conclude the walk at a breathtaking waterfall where you can relax, reflect, or meditate. The cascading water creates a natural ambiance of renewal and cleansing.

Closing ritual ~Β wrap up the experience with a short closing ritual, sealing in the positive energy and group photo.

Curtis Falls isΒ an enchanting 1.4km long, approximately 30 minute, easy walk through the wet eucalypt forest and down into cool and lush rainforest.Β

My name is Sarah Tawai, and I have over 17 years of experience practicing traditional Reiki, a skill passed down to me by my father. I am a certified and recognized ShihanΒ Reiki Teacher from Jikiden in Kyoto, Japan. Traditional School of Reiki.Β Additionally, I hold certifications in Breathwork, Hypnosis Meditation, and Support Coaching.
