Please join us in celebrating and saying farewell to Red Willow!

This event marks the beginning of a new Control Group practice: waking each production after it closes. It’s an opportunity to connect with the artists, reflect on the project and its topics together, and build community over a shared meal.

The event will start with a reception giving time for arrivals and informal conversation, and a chance to explore the production’s sound and visual design elements and photo/video documentation. We’ll then enter into a simple ceremony to celebrate and reflect on the work. After that concludes, we’ll sit down to a simple potluck dinner and more conversation. Throughout the evening, we’ll bring focus to responding to this terrifying current moment in the world, and discussing the actions that feel crucial – and fruitful – for us to take right now.

If you loved the production, or are sad you missed it, please join us as we send it off in the good way!

The Studio is the gray building off the driveway. Please park on our side of the street (to respect elderly neighbors with limited street-front), and enter through the pale green main door of the Studio.
