A meditation experience with the potential to poetically reframe your relationship to solitude

Sometimes it’s best to start the day just quietly selfing out. But, of course, spending meditative time alone isn’t always easy in a world that demands constant attention. In this 15-minute solo experience, Naarm-based artist Gareth Hart invites you to spend the early moments of your morning immersed in the soft pre-dawn of your own consciousness.

Upon entry, you’ll be given a set of wireless headphones. Hart’s poetic monologue will help frame the idea of solitude as a richness, not an absence.
