11am Nicola Lincoln - Harnessing Energy for Vitality

In this presentation you will learn about what your energy is, how to feel it and understand how it works through your physical, mental, emotional aspects, creating either strength and vitality or stress and weakness.
Nicola will also touch on nutrition, exercise, sleep and daily practices such as mindfulness to help our mental and physical health, and how we can also harness our energy to do the same. She will also discusses the use of Reiki Energy Healing and how it can be used every day to create balance and harmony between all aspects of self and our environment.

Nicola is a qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Reiki Master Teacher, PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Author and Speaker. She received her Bachelor of Health Science (CompMed) from the Charles Sturt University in Sydney and since then, she has had 15 years of clinical experience supports her clients to return to mental, emotional, physical and energetic harmony and wellbeing. *The idea for this event was seeded about a year ago as some friends and I were chatting about how more & more people are starting to lean into their more spiritual or woo side. Curious to understand who they truly are, their purpose, their energy & the shifts in consciousness. I did a series of mini workshops at my house (called Wine & Woo) and they were so popular that we decided to do it as a bigger event (at a venue that can fit more people than my lounge lol).

It's at the Life Centre in Ponsonby (which is such a cool venue) *however no parking on site so please park in surrounding streets and check the facebook event to arrange car pools.
