Join us for a morning walk to meet and connect in a welcoming space for women 30+

We bring women together twice a month for relaxed walks and gatherings centred on presence, conversation and genuine connection.

We practise the simple art of witnessing and listening, being present, sharing when it feels right, and allowing ourselves to be heard.

Our gatherings are confidential, inclusive and non-religious. Women from all backgrounds, cultures and life experiences are warmly welcome.

There is no obligation to share. You can talk, listen, reflect, walk quietly or simply enjoy being in the company of other women.

Two Gatherings Every Month

We meet two times each month in beautiful outdoor spaces.

Meeting point: Meet Outside The Grumpy Baker Waverton. Route: Balls Head Reserve, Coal Loader, Waverton Park, Grumpy Baker.
Time: 9:30am – 10:30am (1 hour)

Our walks are moderate intensity, with some hills and stairs, offering a gentle, energising way to move while connecting with nature and each other.

We walk, talk, listen, reflect and connect in a relaxed, informal way, with no structured program or expectations.

Sometimes you may want to talk.
Sometimes you may simply want to walk.
Sometimes you may need to be heard.
And sometimes you may just want the comfort of being around other women.

A Short Mindfulness Moment

At some point during each one-hour gathering, we take a few quiet minutes to arrive and settle.

We pause.
We breathe.
We notice the present moment.

A simple guided practice may include:

Taking a slow breath in… and a long breath out
Softening the shoulders and relaxing the jaw
Noticing five things you can see
Feeling your feet on the ground
Gently arriving, just as you are

There is nothing to achieve — just a moment to land and be present.

What to Bring

To make your walk comfortable, please bring:

Water
A hat
Comfortable walking shoes
Comfortable clothing
A raincoat (weather dependent)

We embrace the outdoors and the elements as part of the experience.

After our walk, you’re warmly welcome to continue the connection and meet for a coffee or a light snack at one of the local cafés nearby.
