ABOUT OUR CLASS

Join our tutor, Amanda Wagstaffe, for guided, mindful walks through the woods. We'll slow down, tune into our senses, and really notice the world around us. These walks are not just for physical health, but mental health as well. Join us for fun conversation and a little bit of exercise!

Meet Amanda and the group at 10am at the entrance to the Rosehall trails - this route is 2.5m/4km long with some uneven terrain.

This beautiful woodland and riverside walk visits the Cassley Falls - marked as the Achness Falls on Ordnance Survey maps. There is a beautiful log cabin constructed by the local community at the start, that houses information and interpretation.

Terrain

Good clear, some uphill and downhill sections; steep flight of stone steps to descend near the river.
