Event description

I am hosting another free Wellbeing Walk & Talk. I hosted our first ever Walk & Talk at Wangal Park on Sunday 23 July which was a great success. Come along to our next Walk & Talk. It’s a great way to improve physical, mental, and social wellbeing. We will also have a 3km- running segment for those who want to run. Everyone is welcome.
