Walk for Good, presented by Friends for Good in partnership with The Lift Project, is bringing people together to take meaningful steps toward better wellbeing, one walk at a time.

This relaxed community walk is a chance to get outdoors, move your body, meet new people and enjoy the simple benefits of walking together. Along the way we will share a few simple wellbeing ideas inspired by positive psychology and lifestyle medicine.

Every step taken is not just a stride toward personal health, but a contribution to a shared purpose. Together, Walk for Good, Friends for Good and The Lift Project are helping communities move more, connect more and feel better.

Everyone is welcome.
