Sustainability Tour & Tastings - Queen Victoria Market

This Queen Victoria Market walk ’n’ talk sustainability tour is for foodies and conscious consumers.

In this guided tour, participants will meet some of the traders who operate with a sustainability philosophy. The tour will be joined by Kirsty Bishop-Fox from Sustainability Pathways who will give participants tips on how they can be more sustainable with the choices they make when shopping.

Participants will be offered food tastings and will get an insider look at what the market does behind the scenes to reduce their environmental footprint for the operations of the market and the stallholders. There will also be an opportunity to have questions answered about sustainability at the Market and how to be a more conscious consumer.

Tour participants are welcome to bring their own containers for the food hall, cleaning, and beauty products as the tour will meet the traders who specialise in this area.
