Walking is one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental health. This doctor-led group provides a fun and safe place to go for a walk, learn about health and meet new friends in a relaxed environment.
Learn how you can decrease your chance of heart disease, cancer and depression. Improve your energy, productivity, happiness and sleep.
Join Dr. Naomi Gasser, a certified lifestyle medicine physician and health coach on Saturday 20 April from 10am to 1pm for the launch of Walk with a Doc at the Randwick Sustainability Hub.
