FIND YOUR VILLAGE

A 10-week programme for parents of young children in Melbourne's south and inner east.

Becoming a parent can bring a unique kind of loneliness — you're surrounded by love, but you still feel invisible, like the person you used to be has quietly slipped away. That's where Walkie Talkies comes in.

We're a community of parents who walk, talk, laugh and support each other across Boroondara and beyond. This Term 3, we're excited to launch Find Your Village — a 10-week programme designed to give you a weekly reason to get out and explore, along with the people to do it with.

Each week offers a fresh adventure, from discovering a new café to new businesses and playgrounds — all designed to help you rediscover yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT EACH WEEK
Every week is a new experience — here's a sneak peek of what's in store:

We start each week at Fordham Café in Ashburton, then head out on our weekly adventure (the full weekly schedule is emailed to the group once you sign up!).

😂 Something to make you laugh — because parenthood is a funny thing, and we should be sharing our laughs more often
🌿 Something to help you relax — gentle, mindful moments woven into our walks, so you arrive feeling grounded
🤝 Something to connect over — shared experiences that help us build lasting friendships
🎉 Something to celebrate you — your background, your story and your identity beyond being a mum
📷 The final session is a fun photography session with the group and your bubbas — a memory of the village you've built, to treasure

Connection is what it's all about. The coffee is just a treat, because Mumma, you deserve it!

THE FOUNDING MEMBER OFFER
The first 10 members to sign up will receive a founding membership — and a price that stays the same forever.

🛍️ A Walkie Talkies welcome gift pack — treats for you and your little one!
🔒 Priority access to all events and special sessions
