| Join us for the Walking Basketball Program, an inclusive and fun-filled activity suitable for all abilities and ages! This adapted version of basketball is designed to be slower-paced and less competitive, making it perfect for seniors and those looking for a gentler form of exercise. Each week, participants will enjoy a one-hour session on Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Keilor Basketball Netball Stadium. You'll have the opportunity to practice various basketball skills and play a friendly game. After the session, everyone is encouraged to stay and socialize over coffee and tea. Whether you're looking to stay active, make new friends, or simply have a good time, the Walking Basketball Program is the perfect opportunity to get involved and be part of a supportive community.
