Join Natasha #rainbowsutra as she guides you on a walk of connection and presence.

This week we walk Whistlepipe Gully Trailhead Forrestfield! It is medium fitness level, uneven ground and abit of hills.

Connecting with your self.. your body, your Spirit, and your truth within.

Connecting with nature and all that is invisible to the human eyes.

Connecting with Source.. the Source that is within ALL.

We will meet in front of the new carpark, have a quick introduction and explanation and then we will walk IN SILENCE.... Saving our chats, and sharing our own experiences (or not) for after the walk.

Please wear comfortable shoes, bring water, a hat and anything else you desire.. perhaps a journal and pen, a special crystal, or momento and some snacks after.

This is a safe, and welcoming space for you to come as you are.. and for to walk with that, to dive deeper into the beingness of you in this present moment... Giving presence to any emotion or situation is the greatest gift you can give yourself.

Arrive at 6.50am for a 7am departure.
