Walking Meditation Fundraiser at Jumping Creek Reserve

Step away from the hustle and join us for a peaceful walking meditation through the beautiful landscape of Jumping Creek Reserve, hosted by Yoga with Liana. This is a chance to slow down, move in silence, and immerse yourself in the quietude of nature – all while helping to bring our new community wellbeing-focused charity to life! What to Expect

This event is a 4km silent, mindful walk designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and the natural world around us. We’ll pause for a guided yogic meditation at the lovely Stane Brae Scout Chapel, allowing a deeper moment of reflection in a peaceful setting. The trail is easy to moderate, welcoming all ages and fitness levels.

Jumping Creek Reserve in Warrandyte State Park offers a stunning riverside trail along the Yarra, surrounded by native bushland and vibrant wildlife. It’s a beautiful setting to relax, be present, and share in the vision of community connection.

Event Details

Meeting Point: Jumping Creek Reserve Carpark

Meeting Time: Arrive by 10:00 am for a prompt 10:30 am departure

Parking: Free parking is available at the meeting location, and we encourage carpooling to support our environment and ensure space for everyone.

Please Note: We’re keen to start on time! Plan to check in by 10:15am at the latest to avoid missing the departure. Need help with transport? Feel free to post on the event page to coordinate a ride.

What to Bring

Water: At least 2L, there are no refill points on the trail
Snacks: Light bites if you need energy along the way

Comfortable shoes with good grip

Duration

We’ll spend about 2.5 hours on the trail, including our meditation stop at Stane Brae Scout Chapel. Our route will loop back to the carpark.
