Event description

WAEMF wishes to invite the emergency medicine community to an evening with Dr Richard Levitan, American emergency physician, international speaker, and founder of airway cam. He is well renowned for his airway research, expertise and cadaveric courses.

Dr Levitan will be providing insights into his emergency medicine career spanning decades in America, managing critically ill patients as sole practitioner in North Hampshire and working on the front lines in New York City at the start of the covid pandemic. Flanked by Dr Steve Dunjey (well respected WA Emergency Medicine physician and considered WA's "grandfather of Emergency Medicine") and Dr Vanessa Clayden (HOD of FSH ED - busiest ED in WA) the panel will reflect on resilience and longevity in Emergency Medicine as well as cultivating it in others.

Come and join us for some food and drink with your EM community, strengthen your connections and gain some pearls on how to keep loving our career.
