There is so much emphasis on extremes in our society, choosing sides, teams, directions, faith and beliefs, the light or darkness, ever pushing and striving in a driven world of definitive choices. This often leads to division not just in society but also within ourselves as we grapple with selecting just one way of doing things. At worst it creates judgement, disrespect, conflict and imbalance. Even in many spiritual spaces the phases of the moon seem to only exist for so many only when they are New or Full, no one talks as much about the crescents, the half moons or the gibbous phases. The in-between phases that hold both darkness and light...!

Yet the cycles and seasons do not occur with, rigidly, nature does not adhere to the stringent laws of humanity, but rather unfolds with shifting variations, sometimes with chaos, sometimes with great subtlety. There is always darkness and light, for you cannot have one without the other.

I personally believe that in order, to live authentically we must be true to all aspects of ourselves, honouring our sovereign journey with presence, awareness, acceptance and with integration. In the doing so we may better come to know ourselves through all our shifting shadows and light. It means standing at the crossroads of change again and again and leaning into transitional energies no matter the discomfort.

And my path has always been ‘betwixt and between’, the middle road, the spaces in-between spaces, the way that is not always clear and requires trust, stepping into fear and a willingness to not adhere to the mainstream just because it appears a safer choice. For 54 years I have pushed boundaries, questioned and followed the path less trodden and it has always led me into a deeper sense of self. The Crossroads has long been my compass.

This liminal space is often the most challenging because of our indoctrination into the idea that we must choose just one way of being. And it is not often clean and tidy, but rather wild and messy as it flows through us shifting and reforming us from the inside out. Asking us to morph and change as we integrate all that we know, see and experience along the way. Allowing it to shape us into beings of infinite layers, each of us a uniquely woven tapestry of self-expression that encompasses all that we are, in all phases.

The year of the Serpent has led us upon a looping cycle of shedding and release as we were invited to meet ourselves like the ouroboros, over and over again, each time hopefully with a little more awareness. And it is not done yet, serpent continues to usher us through the crossroads of change drawing us closer and closer to the Fire Horse Year where darkness and light meet.

And so I invite you to walk the liminal way towards the liberation of personal freedom in full expression of your depths both hidden and illuminated. Will you answer the call?

Through this series of magickal lives in alignment with the First and Last Quarter Moon phases (and one very special Year of the Fire Horse Dark Moon Live) we will embrace the opportunity of unbecoming and reforming again and again over 3 months of ceremonial journeying, deity, ancestral and elements connections, through dark realms, realms of light and all the crossroads in-between. Each live will contain ceremony or spellcrafting followed by guided journeying into the liminal realms of each deity. The deities I have chosen all have liminal aspects as well as connections to rebirth, or ascent and descent and transitional layers, they are all goddesses that I have a working knowledge and experience with. I do not lead others into the hidden realms without these authentic connections.

So come join me in the shadows and the returning light as I guide and hold space for you to undergo connection to your own infinite wisdom and healing resources between the realms.

As mentioned above, within these 7 lives is a bonus Dark Moon Live to offer connection to the arrival of the Year of the Fire Horse who gallops out of the shedded scales of the serpent and coincides with the emergence of Venus from the Underworld. Each live takes place via Google Meet at 7.30pm AEDT (Sydney, Australia time) and will be recorded.

The Lives links will be dropped into a group chat that will also be our space of sharing as we journey together over 3 months.
