Free Exercise Classes at the 2025 Wanneroo Business & Community Expo

Join Capability Physio & Health for a series of free exercise classes designed to help you improve balance, build strength, and increase mobility. Whether you're looking to enhance your stability, prepare for a running program, or try Pilates for the first time, these sessions are a great way to get moving in a supportive environment.

3:00 – 3:30 PM | Balance Class with Hayden (Exercise Physiologist)

Did you know the World Health Organisation recommends balance training for all individuals over 55 years of age? Balance training is essential to keep you moving and healthy, and has been shown to decrease your risk of injury and health issues throughout your life. It is also essential after injury, as part of your rehabilitation process.

Join our Senior Exercise Physiologist, Hayden,as he takes you through a series of Balance exercises to get you started.

Please bring a drink bottle and a beach towel.

4:00 – 4:30 PM | Strength Training for Running with Jenna (Senior Physio)

Have you wanted to start a running program but don't quite know how? Have you tried running and had to stop because of pain, injury or fatigue? Perhaps you need a strength program to help your muscles and joints adapt to running, without pain and injury.

Join our Senior Physio Jenna as she takes you through a circuit of her favourite running strength exercises and movements, to get your body ready for running.

Please bring a drink bottle and a beach towel.

5:00 – 5:30 PM | Mat Pilates for Beginners with Evette (Senior Physio)

Interested in pilates? Want to try exercise that allows you to stretch, strengthen and move in a low impact and gentle way? Join our Senior Physio, Evette, as she takes you through an introductory class for Mat Pilates with some exercises to help you get stronger and more mobile.

Please bring a drink bottle and beach towel or pilates mat.
