Want to Reboot Your Soils? Join us for a 2-day Intensive Bootcamp
Event description
GeoCatch is excited to host the Reboot Your Soils – A Practical Soil Health Program in partnership with David Hardwick from Soil Land Food, a hands-on workshop series designed to give Geographe landholders the knowledge and skills to improve soil health and fertility on their properties.
This 2-day Intensive Bootcamp will dive deeper into how soils work as systems, soil health and steps to manage it and your soil's fertility, using soil tests and utilitising your soil in the field.
This workship is part of a series of events including:
Online sessions - September
Two 90-minute sessions to give participants a chance to check in, ask questions, interpret their soil test results, and get support to finalise and implement their soil action plans with confidence.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn how to assess your soil in the field and develop a practical soil action plan tailored to your property.
**PRE-REQUISITE: To attend this Bootcamp you need foundational knowledge of soil health or have attended Session 1: Soil Health - The Essentials held by GeoCatch in July 2025.
Please note there is a $20 fee to attend this 2-day workshop, PLUS 2 additional online sessions with David Harwick.
If you are interested in attending this workshop, we strongly recommend doing a soil test of one paddock. The results from this test will used throughout the bootcamp. Soil testing to be completed and returned to GeoCatch by Monday 11 August close of business. These tests are included in the registration fee of $20 (valued at $120 worth of analysis).
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable, property-focused soil knowledge to help reboot your soils and boost productivity.
This event is supported by the Australian Government through funding from the Climate-Smart Agriculture Program under the Natural Heritage Trust.
