Chandon is a vertically integrated business. Growing grapes crafting wines, bottling, ageing packaging, shipping, hosting our guests and retail. Our continuous improvement journey is a collaboration of our diverse functions and personnel, culminating in delivering Australia’s best sparkling wine to our customers. Over the past period we have worked on the huddle and 5S concepts to engage all of our teams in adding value, solving problems and contributing to our ongoing success.Â
Richard McCaughey, Operations Director, Luke O’Keefe, Operational Excellence Leader and Loic Le Calvez, Senior Winemaker, will guide us through an engaging and interactive tour of Chandon’s stunning Coldstream estate. Followed by a session where they will welcome your feedback, what’s working well, what could be improved and what’s missing...Â
