Warm Welcome to Winter

Event description

An invitation to a candlelit afternoon, of inner warmth, Qi Gong flow guidance and restorative meditation. All under the Illumination of the Sagittarius Full Moon.

Together, we will gently move through nourishing seasonal Qi Gong flows, to soothe and support our meridians and comfort our Kidney Qi for Winter. We will also enhance our Wei Qi - our protective immune and energy shield, surrounding our being, through movement and awareness.

Then, feeling relaxed, open and centred, we shall melt into a blissful guided meditation to fill our inner fire with fresh sparks of light and glow.

As we herald the beginning of Winter, we are invited to become ever more present with our internal world. We are encouraged to conserve our energy, nourish our Qi and rest deep into our bones. Allowing ourselves the permission to honour the quiet, the stillness and listen to our deep inner knowing.

“Winter is the season when things are revealed by turning deep within yourself. Embracing the quiet & the darkness – recognising that you don’t need to do anything for the magic to unfold. This is the season of receiving and resting. You need to rest, so you can dream.

The dreams you are dreaming in winter are the sparks of new life that will grow in the year ahead. A new light is being lit within you, a new fire is beginning to burn. It brings with it new hope – anything is possible in the coming months. This is a time of pure potential.

Join me, on Sunday 4th June to step into this Winter season with reverence, empowerment and peace.

A little about Tory:

Tory is a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner.

It is her curiosity and unquenchable thirst for all things spiritual, magical and natural, that has led her to achieve a Bachelor of Health science in Naturopathy, Advanced Diplomas in both Nutrition and Herbal Medicine, as well as post graduate studies in Astrology, Reiki, Native American Healing techniques, Medical Intuition and Kinesiology and apply them to her business – Active Stillness.

She is currently undergoing her teacher training in Qi Gong and is loving immersing herself in this ancient art. With still plenty to learn, it is with full transparency that her Qi Gong flows and routines are at there infancy. However, it is with tremendous integrity and respect that she approaches each offering.
