Warming the Cauldron is a gentle, effective and trauma-informed workshop for women and people with vulvas to reconnect to their sexual centre.

Your sexual centre can of course be a place of pleasure. Access to pleasure is valuable for pleasure’s sake, but also for healing the nervous system. Generally training your body to access goodness can combat stress and help heal trauma.

A baseline foundation of pleasure makes you more resilient when you meet life’s inevitable challenges.

Your sexual centre can also be a place to access your inner knowing, and to experience your natural wildness, groundedness, creativity, joy and wonder.

And why shouldn’t we be as familiar and present with our sexual anatomy as we are with our hands or our faces?

But due to cultural and religious conditioning, childhood experiences, boundaries crossed, or simply the busy pace of our modern lifestyles, we can often become disconnected and even, subtly or more obviously, ashamed of these parts of our bodies.

This matters because when we inhabit our pelvis and our sexual anatomy, and they are an integrated part of our whole body, then we have access to the pleasure and power that resides there. A pleasure and power that is our birthright!

What will happen in the workshop?

You will have the chance to experience:

Education about female sexual anatomy, the kind of stuff that makes you go “I wish I’d learned this in school!”
Gentle non-explicit practices to feel and open a conversation with this part of your body, including art, movement, and breath
The opportunity to connect with others and talk about a topic that we don’t have many welcoming spaces for

Who is this for?

This is for you if you experience any of these:

Struggle with a low libido and want to reconnect to aliveness and desire
Feel like there’s got to be more to sex and pleasure than this
Want to enjoy your sexuality but it feels a bit icky, shameful, or hard to access, and yet there’s a nagging curiosity pulling you in that direction
Grew up religious and were taught that your body and your pleasure were dirty and sinful, but you want to experience them as sacred and beautiful

This workshop will address the conditioning received by girls and women as well as female sexual anatomy. If this is relevant to you personally, you are welcome to attend.

Who am I?

I am a trained and trauma-informed Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach who supports people to come home to their bodies and their sensual, sexual nature. I believe your body is your magic wand.

I grew up Catholic and spent many years focused on what society and other people expected of me. But the more I connected to my body and my true desire, the less I could tolerate living in a life that didn’t fit me anymore, including my marriage, my religion, my career, and my relationship with my body and sexuality. My personal transformation is embodied in my work, and my body and my pussy show me the way!
