We’ve both walked through the fire of transformation—navigating burnout, disconnection, chronic health challenges, identity shifts, and the deep questioning of who we truly are. Along the way, we found powerful tools, ancient practices, and moments of stillness that brought us back home to ourselves. These retreats and experiences are born from our own healing journeys—a living expression of what has worked, what has nourished us, and what continues to evolve. We do this work because we know what it’s like to feel lost, and we also know the joy of coming into alignment—feeling clear, empowered, and alive. It’s our calling to share that space of remembering with others, so they too can reclaim their vitality, trust their path, and shine their light into the world.

Lisa brings a warm and grounded approach to supporting personal and relational transformation. With over 20 years of experience in somatic movement, energy work, and emotional wellbeing, she helps people reconnect to their vitality, creativity, and inner strength.
Her own experience of burnout and the ongoing transition through peri-menopause has led her to reclaim her energy and sense of self. She supports others with her insights, compassion, and practical tools to meet people where they are.
Lisa blends breathwork, various embodied movement and reflective practices to help people reconnect to their natural rhythms, release what no longer serves, and return to a state of ease and alignment.

James brings over 30 years of experience in personal development, energy practices, healing work, discovering both clarity and peace. His path began with a deep need to understand himself, shaped by early life experiences that led him to explore how we grow, heal, and thrive as human beings.
A recent journey through stage 3 cancer became a turning point that deepened his connection to what truly matters. Through Taoist practices like Nei Gong and Qi Gong, Tea Ceremonies, cultivating peace and harmony, he rebuilt his energy, resilience, and sense of vitality—showing how powerful the human body and spirit can be when given the right support.
James combines practical tools, energetic insight, and a calm, grounded presence to help others find clarity, restore balance, and move through life with greater purpose. His approach is especially supportive for those navigating stress, change, wishing to unlock their full potential, or seeking deeper connection—in themselves or their relationships.
He also works with the land through biodynamics and permaculture, believing that true wellbeing includes how we live with nature and the world around us.
