I invite you to join Warrawong Women for a day to be inspired and nourished in nature. A day for being held in nature, meditation, making a gorgeous rose crystal soap and a beautiful rose water face mist followed by a sound healing by Natalie. This is suitable to all women, no previous experience is required.
Included will be a gentle meditation, nourishing lunch, making a crystal soap and face mist with low toxic ingredients and essential oils, followed by a sound healing. Everything will be provided however you are welcome to bring your own blanket, mat bolster & eye pillow.
All women are welcome.

Cost: $80.00 per person
What to wear: comfortable clothes for walking outside if the weather allows and shoes with grips that you don't mind getting dirty/muddy. Feel free to bring clothing options.
What to bring: Water bottle, hat, sunglasses, journal
Blanket, bolster, pillow, eye pillow & mat - these will be provided however you can bring your own.
