Are you feeling the call of Autumn to start to slow down ready for the hibernation of winter?

I invite you to join Melissa and Natalie for an afternoon of gentle yoga and a sound healing outside in nature (weather permitting, otherwise inside).

Melissa will guide us on a very gentle Yin Restorative Yoga, no experience is needed and all props will be supplied.  Followed by an immersive relaxing Sound Healing by Natalie in the rural setting of Murrami. 

Starting at 2.00pm to will finish approximately 5.00pm with a nourishing herbal tea.
