You’ll be guided by Olivia Chevallier, a Men’s Life Transformation Coach and qualified Breathwork Facilitator trained by Jamie Janko, founder of ReWild Breathwork — one of the world’s leading trauma-informed, science-based breathwork schools.
Olivia’s facilitation style blends cutting-edge breath science with trauma-informed care, creating a grounded and supportive space for men to access deeper layers of strength, clarity, and emotional intelligence.
💨 What Is Warrior Breathwork?
Warrior Breathwork is a performance-based evolution of Transformational Breathwork — a long-form, conscious connected breathing technique that decreases CO₂ levels, shifts brainwave activity to a deep hypnotic (theta brainwave) state, and activates impactful parasympathetic healing states.
