Become a Wash Against Waste Lead!
You've likely seen our WaW trailer at events across our shire - Castlemaine Idyll, Town Folk Festival, school fetes and fairs.
Perhaps you've even volunteered on the trailer?
Now you're ready to level up and be a WaW lead! Wonderful!
Join this free 1/2 day practical training to learn the in's and out's of how to lead the WaW at events - set up, operations, pack up, liaising with vendors, coordinating volunteers.
You'll then become part of the MASG Wash Against Waste Lead Team, and be offered opportunities to lead the WaW project at events. This role can be either volunteer or paid, dependent on your preferences.
Register to be part of the training, and lead the war on waste, one dish at a time!
The training is 100% free, all we ask is for your committement as part of the WaW Lead Team.
When: 9:30-12:30pm Friday 16th October
Where: Campbells Creek - To be announced
What: 3 hours of practical, hands on training!
Morning tea will be provided, please register your place and indicate any dietary requirements.
