Everyone is dealing with so much these days, from the personal to the collective. It is easy to unconsciously absorb and get caught up in these energies of fear, frustration and distress. Anxiety over the climate and the breakdown of the structures that support us, are shaking everything.

From a spiritual perspective we are actually helping capture and transmute these energies as we go, but if we do not know how we can get bogged down in it all. When we accumulate these energies and don't release them it feels like we are getting old and worn out in a hurry. In my experience proper mental/emotional hygiene will keep us young, open and flexible during these times.

This form of Breathwork , a cleansing and transformational form of breathing, is very powerful. Breath itself is the air element that will uplift us, but first it will activate and bring up all the unconscious excess we are carrying so we can feel and let it go. Breath and music allow this feeling process to go deep beyond the stories we might make of it all, allowing us to just surrender into releasing. It is a beautiful way the body uses the breath and tears or other feelings to move through us, to wash and clean us.

Also like a contemporary shamanic journey this work bring visions or images from the upper and lower worlds and help from our guides. Have a direct encounter with the forces of light and love that are supporting us through these times.

This is a safe natural way to work within yourself and access deeper levels that ordinary consciousness can.
