Learn tips on how to get on top of your waste, and get involved in discussions on waste reduction and waste management in the local area.
Expert Panel:
Bodhan Davies from Denmark Shire will be sharing learnings from the recent bin audits, and current waste related updates.
Hear from Rob Gulley from Green Services who has recently completed local household and business audits (for Green Skills) and will be sharing useful findings/ tips.
Karen Anderson from Plastic Reduction Denmark will be sharing her teams inspiring story and thoughts on waste reduction.
Michelle Hollands from Denmark and Albany Container Deposit Scheme will be giving us an update on CDS hapennings.
Rhian Thomas and Louise Duxbury from Green Skills will be facilitating the event and covering updates from the Tip Shop and Containers for Change.
Topics we will cover: Waste Reduction, where our recycling goes, Shire of Denmark waste news and bin audits, Denmark Tip Shop, Containers for Change, Waste Sorted recycle right messages and tips, green waste incl composting and update on local Biochar study.
Arrive for a 1pm start. Panel discussion will be followed by QnA and interactive workshop.
