Join RMIT Master of Communication Design (Design for Social Change) students for an interactive conversation about designing with Birrarung, rather than simply for it.

Students will share their design for eco-social change projects on how design can engage communities, rivers and multi-species ecologies in meaningful and transformative ways.

You'll have the opportunity to explore their concepts, provide feedback and contribute your own ideas to help shape the students' final designs.

Whether you're interested in design, community, sustainability or the future of the Birrarung, everyone is welcome to be part of the conversation.

Please note, this is a drop-in experience, come any time and stay as long as you like. While this is a free event, bookings are essential.

• Most Riverfest events are free, and many have limited places with long waitlists. Please only book if you're confident you can attend, so others don't miss out. Bookings are limited to 2 tickets for smaller events and 4 tickets for larger events.
  

• Can't make it? Please cancel your ticket by opening your Humanitix confirmation email and selecting 'Manage Order'. Your place will then be released to someone on the waitlist. If you need assistance, contact us by email: riverfest@yarrariver.org.au
