Join award winning artist Al Phemister from the Yass Valley for a free creative workshop turning waste into art.

Discover how to recognise waste and rubbish that can be upcycled into art materials then learn a variety of techniques and processes to turn your upcycled materials into 3D art to take home and keep (or even use as a gift).

A range of salvaged materials and all tools provided (you can bring some waste to transform as well)

Waste to Art 4 Champions is presented as part of the Champions of Change Film Festival that features documentaries about local environmental heroes. These people and the extraordinary things they are achieving in our community star in docos made by up emerging local film makers.

Champions of Change Film Festival starts at 4pm in the same hall.
