Please join us for the 2023 Sustainable Neighbourhoods Waste to Art Awards presentation.

Saturday 2 December, 10.30am
Toronto Library

We will be presenting the Peoples’ Choice Awards, and hearing from some of our artists about their work and process.

Waste to Art exhibition
Now showing until 7 December
Across 2 locations in Swansea and Toronto

Community members, artists and school students from across the region have created a range of thought-provoking artworks exploring issues of waste, litter and overconsumption. 
Explore a range of works including wearable pieces, sculptures, cute characters and functional household items.

The exhibition gives us some pause to think about the items that are all around us; what they are made from, their purpose; and the value of those materials that would otherwise end up in landfill or littering our waterways.
